Nobody has an Aussie accent!! Unbelievable! They need to embrace the Oz lifestyle and mannerisms. The waiter didn't know what the capital of Australia was (the manager either) This is ridiculous.
Beer? Get some real Aussie beers please. Make it an experience.
Our waitress was great. However the kitchen was very slow. It took an extremely long time to get our food especially since the restaurant wasn't busy.
I have always loved Outback, however, the Gresham location has let me done several times. We arrive and order drinks, an appetizer, and our food all at once. Takes over an hour to get cold food. We saw our waitress twice and it was someone else's waitress that grabbed our refills and A1 after we asked our first waitress. We had still planned on getting dessert, but the waitress came up with the check and left before I could ask, as I had food in my mouth. This is the second time that this EXACT SITUATION has happened. Last time we talked to the manager, he gave us a free dessert coupon. This time I didn't even want to deal with it. Very disappointed, will not ever go back to this location. This is too many issues for the amount of money I'm spending.
Tuesday, October 17, late afternoon 4:45 I went to your restaurant for Happy Hour to meet a friend. Upon arrival they told me it would be 10-15 minutes before I could be seated. There were plenty of seats so I thought maybe they needed more staff. My friend arrived and we still were not seated. I was on a time crunch and mentioned that to the hostess. More time went by, I did count four staff members in the bar area. I asked the hostess again, she said, "a few more minutes". I didn't have a few more minutes to have a relaxed experience and told her I only have about 2 more minutes. A minute later she said she could seat us. She motioned to the restaurant, not the bar. I asked if I could get happy hour in there. She said no and we left. I feel if you are going to offer Happy Hour you need the staff to seat your customers when there are plenty of seats. Very disappointed. We left and went to Roadhouse, got seated immediately and had a very pleasant meal. I'm just sorry you couldn't do that for us.
Kinda slow service, understaffed. Food is ok.
The only good thing about this place is the ice cream I'm about 2 enjoy my lil Sunday on Sunday my birthday lol the foods not that good though wee ordered the streak and unlimited shrimp the herb shrimp is just shrimp w tangy salad dressing on it, the steak no seasoning and the skin on the baked potato pure salt, the bread warm but dry and no flavor, slow staff and they don't accept the outback rewards coupons...
