I had heard bad things about this place and their lack of skill from several people but I had to try it myself, what a mistake. I took my bike in for a general going over to see if any issues were found and have a stripped out bolt removed from my brake lever and a basic tune up. All I received for my money was a couple turns on a screw on the front derailleur, they never remove the bolt from the brake lever and none of these technicians happened to notice that my rear tire had a leak in it and was half flat. What a waste of time and money. I would suggest anyone needing Repair work of any kind find a more competent shop to take their bike too.
Needed my box boxed up. The did it quickly with a great price and the bike made it to New Zealand with me with no problem.
Really horrible customer service. The guy acted like we were sooo stupid and even made the comment that I was too big for the bike even though I made sure I got right. What am I fat lol. I will never be going here again. There's the bicycle emporium place I will try instead.
Snobby AF and really bad customer service, called about a shifter and they hung up on me. They don't seem to know much about bikes and the "bike mechanics" are poorly trained if trained at all. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
I absolutely would NOT recommend this shop to anyone.
Less than professional... went in to have new tubes put in my tires, guy over-inflated my tire and blew the sidewalk out of almost a brand new tire. His fix was to put on an old used tire that was just hanging out in the shop. And I do mean old.
