I still have my car because of fix it for less automotive. When multiple other repair shops gave quotes that I could not afford, fix it for less came through on budget and on time with their estimated quote. I almost did not even call after reading a negative review, but I am so thankful that I did. Other places would not even give me quotes over the phone even though I knew exactly the repair I wanted done. I will definitely be using them again for any future car repair needs.
I took my 2013 Flex in about a year ago and had it looked at since the brakes were acting funny. Upon getting my car back, after hours, I had noticed a substantial sized dent in one of the passenger side doors with some white paint from the person who opened their door into mine. Also after returning home I noticed the roof of the vehicle was scratched severely to where the paint was not even there, primer either, just raw metal. It was not like that before I dropped it off and I'll never return there with another vehicle.
We went to Fix 4 Less Auto Repair to have Justino look over the car and check the fluids/tire pressure for us before our long road trip. First he told us that he couldn't get us in that day, then he said he could if it was just a quick check-up. I stressed to him that we didn't need anything else done, just a quick look-over to see if everything looked ok. He quoted us $30!! $30 just to check the fluids and tire pressure. The next day, we took it over to Meineke on Division and they did it for free. I will be taking my car over there for all of my future auto needs.
