Dressing room lady was very stuck up and acted like she was too good to be doing her job. When I went to check out, the line was extremely long and only two registers were open. Those ladies were very nice, but I overheard that their manager was cleaning up. You would think with a line that continually has 15 people in it, the manager would come out to help. Waited about 15-20 minutes in line for two items, which I would have set down and walked out of line if I didn't need one of them for a job interview. I wouldn't have been the first either, a man walked out of line after a lady rudely cut him. I've worked customer service, messes come second to long lines. Definitely won't be returning here for a while.
Being a Ross shopper I was pleased to find this one well stocked especially with back to school shopping at it's peak. I have found the ones around Portland always seemed to be picked over and messy so was a nice surprise. I did end up leaving with out the one item I had intended to purchase because the check out lines where so long and decided I didn't need it that bad but again, last weekend or two before school started so to be expected. Over all clean staff and security were helpful and pleasant.
I will still shop at Ross because of the good prices, but the condition of the Gresham store is appalling! It's very messy, with merchandise strewn all over and out of place. It would be a lot more enjoyable if some of these problems could be addressed.
from what i recently read.... Is you replace your workers..... Its like they don't like being bothered and why?? bother work there...?
