Beware of this Denistry which up front offers great and tender care for the child, this is a total falsehood. This denistry will sell families on great and total child care but not include the family. Do not for a moment believe that your child once sedated is in good care. Be warned PARENTS are not allowed with their child even though THEIR child is under sedation. This is a huge red flag. Other denistries in the area allow parents with thier kids during any procedure. Allowing anyone full access to your child seems to be asking for trouble. To ease a parents nerves about any procedure it would be best to have them in the room. Unless there is something to hide.

It was my sons first time.Very quick and professional also told me what my coverage was for my son.

The one thing no parent ever wants is to hand over their child for a simple sedation and while in the waiting room you have medics run past with your child. So PLEASE if you do choose a denistry stay with your child when under any form of sedation.

After having my son's first dental appointment here for cleaning and x-rays, he did really good but had some cavities, and for the treatment appointment, they do not let the parents go into the room with your child and have the parents wait in the waiting room! And if your child is speaking another language, they say that you have to hire an interpreter! The first visit was just OK, and they were nice and they give him coins at the end to put into their vending machine, but since I said that I will be looking for another dentist, they acted really rude and had an attitude and kind of threw the coins on a table and said here... and were not nice after that! I would never let my son go into the exam room by himself at the age of 4! and have his first treatment with laughing gas and not be able to comfort him and tell him to hang on and that everything is OK and just to be there to support him! I would not recommend this to anyone to have their child unattended while having his teeth worked on! They do not give you a choice and say if you don't like their policy, go find a dentist elsewhere, and that is exactly what I will be doing! I know of some people that are traumatized by not having their parents with them and they say that the employees are rude to them when they don't have their parents there. Please don't do this to your children! Look for another dentist, don't go here!
