I had excellent help when I asked a question. I feel like I had personal shopper assisting me. Tech is not my string suit so it was very nice.
Always helpful staff, and always available for assistance-sometimes too much. Offer a wide selection of stuff from. Movies, music, TV's, small appliances and large ones, games, phones, and miscellaneous furniture for the living room area. Always have what I need and will price check you if you can find it cheaper.
Steve was very helpful! I explained my current setup at home and what I was hoping to achieve so he walked me through a number of options including personal experience and impressions so I could make an informed purchase. Though I didn't buy anything tonight I'm equipped with the information necessary to do so! I will absolutely be back once I'm prepared to make the purchase. Thanks again, Steve!
Terrible. Ordered a camcorder online two weeks before I needed it. When it came to pick up day I received an email to say it had been delayed. Called main Best Buy phone number and was told it was shipped to the store 4 days prior, store told me it hadn’t been shipped from the manufacturer. When I pointed out the negative affect this screw up would have on my trip to Disneyland, the lady at the store hung up on me. I am cutting up my Best Buy credit card and will never use them again.
Called and asked if they could bring an item to customer service so I could get in and out real fast. Lady on the phone said I should order online for pickup (she never gave a name). She said that they don't "hold" items. Cost them $400 as I'll be going to another company (Amazon, Wal Mart, Fred Meyer, Target?) to get the exact same console. I guess they think they're too indispensable and unique a provider that we're forced to shop there.
