Since getting insurance multiple times in the last 12yrs, Rob Hopkins and his representatives, have been the best so far. I have full coverage on 3 vehicles (2 vehicles that are older and most other companies will only do liability on) renters insurance, life insurance, and also a loan. I pay next to nothing in comparison to Farmers, Geico, Progressive, etc. I haven't had one complaint in the last 3yrs since having switched. Excellent people giving extraordinary customer service.
Omg!!! I just read the reviews to see if anyone else is experiencing the same treatment that I'very been through. I totally agree with Tavistock Wells. I am going through the same ECACT treatment that he has experienced.
I just received a insurance card after 8 months. I have been in the office several times to resolve multiple mistakes on there behalf. My rate has changed multiple timees without notice.
Ron Hopkins has yet to call. I was paying insurance on a car that wasn't even mines.I believe this office is operating some type of fraud on innocent clients income. When you go in the place the blame towards you or there company.
Just cancelled all my policies with them. Unless you want an agent to take out their personal opinion of you on your coverage and policies and how their office treats you, then by all means...
I got the exact same coverage for $100 less a month from PEMCO.
I even have printed documents that I was not to receive from an employee there. I strongly recommend NOT to trust this company.
Since Alicia Burelson has been with Rob Hopkins State Farm, she has been nothing but helpful. She assists me with any questions I have and always has patience when I have multiple quandrys. She always has an up beat attitude and always seems excited to help with any assistance. Thank you Alicia and keep up the good work.
We recently switched from one of the other guys to these guys and this has been one of the best and easiest experiences yet. We at one point had some one try and use our policy number, and I called into my insurance lady at Rob Hopkins and she immediately took care of it and I didn't have to do a thing. She went above and beyond for me, instead of telling me to take care of it myself. Anytime we call they are right on top of it, and if they are busy they get back to us a soon as they can. I know I can call on these guys if I have any questions, scenarios, or concerns.
