Needing a new regular liquor store in the area. I go regularly every few days so I'm a worthy customer to have. I've been going to this one for the last four weeks and so far I've received very poor customer service. They don't smile or ask me how my day is going; that's basic courtesy. The other day I was at the check out and for the first time in the few weeks I'd been there they said they wouldn't sell to me because my card didn't match the name on my ID. How weird is it that! Every time I've visited I've used the same card, my husbands card by the way with his name on it, and randomly they wont sell to me. Already the vibe there is cold and sad. Now they don't even have consistent or train their employees on policy? What a joke of an establishment.
