Very Poor, I called them up when I was stuck at a camping site near Oxbow park and the guy came up and unlocked my car. I paid $80 in cash for the service. He didn't give me a invoice that time saying that he will email it to me once he gets back to his office. He never did. When I called them up some days later asking for the invoice the service representative said that they would never provide service without giving you a invoice. Now who to believe, one of your guys took the cash and never reported the incident to you and took the cash.
We got all of our locks rekeyed after we bought our house. Not only did that happen in a very efficient and friendly manner, but he also fixed the deadbolts so that they were installed in the proper direction, lubricated all locks and even adjusted the doors so that the locks worked better. Way above and beyond what we had expected!!
Wow, what can I say... I came in with a confusing mess of keys and locks on my older 90s Subaru wagon. The staff was very knowledgeable and quickly figured out the problem that the previous owner created. This is a local business I want to continue to support. Thank you!
