Amazing!! I've never been treated so great by a restaurant! I told them about a past experience at a different Olive Garden how I'm Celiac and ordered off their gluten free menu but got super sick. They gave me a gift card to come back, but I really didn't want to after getting sick. The GM at this location came and talked with me letting me know they were trading out gloves, getting new pans and double checking with their cooks to make sure no contamination occured. I was amazed . Thank you so, so much. I usually get eye rolls when I mention gluten free, but they took it seriously. Much appreciated. I'm definitely coming back!!!
The food usually is great and my family and I leave full and happy. But today's service and food was way below what we come in for. It being busy we waited 30 minutes for a table which we understood and did not mind the wait. But the time it took for our food was sad and it was honestly sloppy and off. Biggest thing that made this visit horrible was the service my grandmother and I got was an absolute low. Waiting for our waitress to take our order was a challenge and then when finally getting our order in it would take no joke 5 to 8 minutes before seeing her to tell her anything else. And then felling less of a person when she is giving excellent and attentive service to the table right next to us. Even after we finished and paid bill we ask for our to go boxes and were ignored by the second time we got them we had enough. It is sad really my family love to go there.
Great food! More space than over crowded Mall 205. Took a little long for salad though.
The food was good, the waitress had too many tables. But my mom loved her birthday! I go there ,at least once a quarter. Repeat - the food is always good!
It had a warm Italian atmosphere. The food tasted good, and perfect portions. I would rate it higher if the place was not under construction at the time. I would probably give it a 4 star instead of three. Though i did have a good experience.
