If I could give this place a GO "F" YOURSELF I would do so. Got a living room 7pc, washer dryer, 2 TVs, and TV stands on the 3 months free deal however that was a lie. Paid 1st month, free second month, no free 3rd month. As it has is you get your last payment free not 3rd which was the 1st problem. Second was medical issues took a toll on my life and I decreased my work. However I was paying these Jackass's for protection in which something like this happens along with insurance for all items and the 1year coverage once its all paid off all to Aaron's. But when it came time to use that hardships coverage its was nothing nice. It got to the point I told them they could come get everything as soon as I was released from the hospital but didn't know when it would be. I got 5-6 calls a day for some Mexican girl with a bad attitude, her and other employees would go to my home and harass my 3 teenagers in which my kids called the police because I was in the hospital which they told them as well as I told them but that didn't matter to them at all. Upon being let out of the hospital on a Saturday night I came home to paperwork on my broken into front door along with my house trashed most of all their items gone, as well as some of my items. I was so horrified because I thought I was robbed. Come to find out it was Aarons. Needless to say this became and was a court matter in which I will be getting compensation for their stupidity.

My first experience however, i didnt pay attention to detail and there was miscommunication. Got it settled with a lil aggression on my side.
Worst experience I have ever had with a company, they never work with you if you become a little behind on payments, they are extremely disorganized and they seem to never be on the same page with any of their coworkers. You will receive mult calls in one day with the same question you have already resolved, they are constantly changing the date of when your payments are due, and when they mess up on your delivery, you don't receive any calls to keep you updated, get it together, I will never recommend anyone to this company.
Dont be a dumb shopper and this place is actually not that bad. Bought three tvs thru them no problem, and even got price dropped.
JENNIFER AND MIKE ARE AMAZING!!! They are always willing to work with you and have great customer service. I went to RAC horrible prices and customer service. Come here before going to another location or RAC!
This store is terrible, I rented electrical equipment, and the ad said "brand new", and everything was refurbished, but charged us "brand new" for it. On top of that FALSE ADVERTISMENT, I was late on 1 payment only due to me being in the hospital; with congested Heart failure, and kidney infection/failure, and blood infection. They harassed my 15yr old son and said they would file a "Theft" charge with the police??? And it isn't even 30 days late, and it's all over their over charged refurbished equipment???!!!!! Now, that's a freaking JOKE!!!!! I will never rent anything ever again from here. Big Mistake!!!.....
