I took several pieces here last month for repairs and alterations. While I was mostly satisfied with the work that was done, the final price was much more than originally quoted and took days longer. When I was finally told I could pick up my jewelry, I went to the store and it wasn't even there! I was told that an employee was running an hour late for work, and they had all my valuables. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time.
Excellent local business. FAR superior to any chain store. They were able to take my ring, resize it and help with some other questions. It was obvious even though smaller, they put their customer's needs first. Very impressed.
