Disappointed in the service I received. Took my new engagement ring in to get resized, and didn't get in back until 5 days after the "promise date" they gave me (the day I was told I would have it back by) Called 4 different times, each time I was assured it would be in the following day. Finally got a call at 6 pm on the 5th day saying it was ready. If I ever need it resized again, I will probably just pay to do it elsewhere. Was super excited about my beautiful new ring, but felt like getting it back was not a priority to them.

It was a beautiful day!! I was in a great mood despite my jewel falling out of my ring!! While walking in there were two workers and no customer I walked straight over to them one of the workers was on the phone the other on the computer!!! It took literally 5 minutes before even being greeted!! Mind you I wasn't looking at jewelry I was solely in there to get ring fixed!! So finally i was greeted with a grumpy face as if I was bothering them.I explain to her what had happened to my ring!! After that she looked up my account, I then ask if she can throw away something for me!the trash was as big as my hand and I'm pretty petite!! She then replied with an (what the h*** face) "we don't have a big garbage" so I said ok!! Since I didn't get my ring service within that year the warranty that was bought didn't count! The worker explains with the most un friendly it's your fault face!! I felt pretty horrible as I left with my broken Mother's Day gift my husband got me last year!! The worst experience ever!! Will drive to loyld center mall before I drive 5 minutes to this location!!

Very low and worthless customer service! Went with my niece to pick up her ring since it was being repaired and of course they ask, by policy, for an ID or a slip of paper. We didn't have either since my relative who bought it was in the car due to her disability. I said I could give them identifying information even to describe the ring or the phone number of the relative who bought it and all we got was a nasty response of not being able to do anything. We had to go all the way back to the car to get the relative which was difficult and when we came in again, the lady who worked with us didn't bother to get up, but instead got her manager. No apologies were given. Plus when they were checking out the ring from being repaired, the manager decided it would be a good time to have a new employee learn the register. Big mistake! Took another 10 minutes to get our ring and leave because the manager chose the wrong time to train their employee than helping us. Even better, another woman came in to pick up her ring and the same lady who was rude to us again told her that they couldn't give her ring because it wasn't under her name. That lady also had to go get her mom and turns out they didn't put the right name down for whose ring it was. Yeah, all lousy, lousy, lousy service! This is why you should not go to a name brand jewelry store!
