This was my second time seeing them with my three kittens for just the usual kitten shots and routine check up. I discover I didn't bring enough cash and living five minutes away I was told it would be fine to go grab the money and come back and they would make them comfortable in the back maybe do weight and vitals but any shots would happen when I came back. So I come back and they tell me I can't see them because they are in the hospital part of the clinic. Assuming they were with another patient I waited for 5 minutes before double checking that nothing was being done with out me, the nurse literally ran into the back to check. Next thing I know they come out having done the entire appointment with out me because they made me sit in the lobby. I will never go back. They are not even 5 months old, in no way did I or would I ever give them permission to give them anything with out my being there. Never okay especially considering THEY ARE BABIES.
Love the staff and the vets! They didn't try and give my dog a bunch of unnecessary treatment. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
