So what should have been a 69 dollar haircut ended up being 190.00 dollars. And my dog is still miserable 3 days later.
She informed me that this was ment for dogs with alergies, leaves their hair soft, helps them from itching. So I said ok.
Im very upset, because my dog ended up being very alergic to Hydrosurge. She turned all red and got welts all over her body she was real bad. Ended up taking her to a vet the next day getting medicine.
Ive taken my dog here for her grooming at least 4 times . Usually everything was great the groomer did a great job. This time when I dropped her off the lady told me about a product called Hydrosurge. I told her my dog tends to be alergic to alot of things, and that I would stick to what is usually used.
So love my local PETSMART, grooming salon ( Megan ) is great and always doing great job on out havanese. Stuff is always friendly and helpful.
Recently stopped by to purchase a couple fish. The attendant asked the size of my tank and then lectured me that the tank was too small for that type of fish. (20 gallon for an Angel fish). I said I'd had one for years and it did fine. She then bagged the fish and said she'd be right back. After several minutes she re-appeared with a supervisor who also began to lecture. I appreciate the advice, but don't appreciate the lecture. They don't know the long term plans and should stop after dispensing their knowledge/belief. I walked out and won't be back.

The dog groomer showed up late and before saying anything to my dog she just came at him with a rope to tie around his neck. He barked at her because she hadn't even said a word to him, pet him, let him smell her, nothing!! After his 1 bark she said oh we cant groom him. I thought she was kidding!! She literally said after that one bark he can't be groomed. She made zero effort to build any kind of trust with him. Then asked if I wanted to try and reschedule!??! Yea right, I'll find a place that makes things a little more personal for their customers. It should be zero stars.
